Far Beyond My Expectations Mar 9, 2026

From the initial phone call until the HVAC unit was installed, my experience with this company went far beyond my expectations. Jay took the time to answer all my concerns and questions with both patience and a great sense of humour (I asked a lot of questions!). He put me at ease as we went through the process of securing the loan, which was quick and easy. The men who installed the system were as excellent as Jay. Joel was patient and answered ALL my questions regarding the tearout and new installation. Everything was done in a professional manner. In the past I’ve had contractors come to my home, felt uncomfortable with their responses to my questions regarding cost as well as work that they said I needed. I decided I couldn’t trust them and didn’t use them. What a different experience with this company, which I highly recommend.

I just had my attic insulation removed and replaced, also got the radiant barrier. My installation went very smoothly, and everything looks so nice and clean. Jay was wonderful, he explained everything and answered all of my questions, a very nice gentleman. It’s only been a few days, but my house holds the temperature so much better than it did. If not for Jay, I probably would have even further delayed the installation of a new HVAC system. He was patient, professional, and also knowledgeable in the size of the system I needed for the size of my home. He clearly explained the cost and financing available and arranged the financing on the spot. What's more, he follows up with a post-installation phone call to check if all is well and to call him if I needed anything. If you have to install a new system, call and ask for Jay.

I had a great experience with Quality 1. They installed my new HVAC system very quickly and professionally. When they had to do extra work by changing out the ductwork connected to the furnace, they went ahead and just did it with no extra charge to me. Not to mention they were constantly available to answer any questions or concerns I have. Lastly, they installed a thermostat that I thought had wifi, but they explained to me that was for the higher tier HVACs. I accepted the ordeal and requested to switch back to the my old thermostat that had wifi, but they went ahead and installed the newer wifi enabled thermostat for no extra charge. Overall, wonderful experience and they went beyond what their scope of duties were. I would definitely work with them again!

Needed to replace a couple of old Trane HVAC systems. Quality 1 provided a very competitive price, and they scheduled the installation for just a few days later. They sent out two very professional installation teams who completed both systems, one in an attic, in about 6 hours. Both systems are working well.

I was very happy with the overall experience with Quality 1 Heating and Air Conditioning. There was a quick response to the initial set up meeting and proposal with very competitive pricing for the highly rated Trane systems. The install appointment was scheduled quickly and then performed in one day. All the questions we had prior to, during, and after were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. The Trane HVAC is running quietly and has an easy-to-use thermostat. Very happy with all the service technicians and managers and would highly recommend this company.

My system went out on a Sunday, Quality 1 came out and serviced it the same day!! They got my system temporarily running, which was surprising because I knew it needed to be replaced. They then came back out Monday and provided me with a very competitive quote, including duct cleaning. We are a plumbing company that deals with other contractors, and we know based off of experience the good ones from the bad ones, these guys are the good ones!

The absolute relief I felt working with such an honest and organized company after dealing with a different HVAC company that overcharged us and failed to provide any documentation was so welcome. Immediately when I called Quality 1 Energy Systems in a panic and on the verge of tears, I knew that I was in good hands from the moment they answered the phone. They have truly gone above and beyond by getting someone out to us ASAP to diagnose our AC issues, and the technician who came was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We received a detailed report with photos showing everything that was inspected and what needed to be repaired - everything was clearly laid out, which was not our experience with the other company we had worked with. It's a HUGE comfort knowing that we can trust and rely on Quality 1 Energy when we need them most. We haven't completed the repairs yet, but based on their transparency and professionalism, I have no doubt we'll continue to be thrilled with their work, and I will be sure to update my review again after the repairs are completed. We plan to stick with this company for all future maintenance because they've earned our trust and treated us like family. I would highly recommend Quality 1 Energy Systems for any of your AC or heating needs! UPDATE: Just as I had assumed, Q1ES continued to go above and beyond expectations. I'm updating this review as I sit in my COLD house after they completed my AC repair this afternoon (they arrived early and got the job done quickly too while still being extremely thorough). I was very satisfied with Quality 1 Energy Systems for my HVAC needs—in particular, I was looking for a company that is Trane certified! From the front office (Daisy and Zach) to the technicians (Jose and his partner), everybody was professional, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable! Jose was very polite and patient with me as I explained the issues we were having. He found the problem quickly, and by the end of that day I had an estimate for the repairs sent to me! Jose did a great job of explaining everything he did, and the company's follow-up to make sure I was satisfied was immediate. I can definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

I had a 22+ year old Trane system. I always had a spring and fall maintenance program in place. While I never had any issues or needed major repair, I felt that it was the right time to replace it. I am a firm believer in Trane products, having had multiple units at multiple homes, all with a consistently good experience. I went to Trane’s website for a list of authorized dealers. I also asked a person I knew who is in the construction industry if his company had any experiences with Trane HVAC companies. He gave me a recommendation. I chose three companies and asked for quotes. All were certified Trane Comfort Specialists. One was the friend’s recommendation, one was a company that had performed warranty service on a mini-split system I have, and the last one was a company that had good reviews. The dealer with whom I had a prior experience simply sent me an emailed price quote. The second sent a technician by who said someone will be back in contact with a price. It, too, was sent by email. Zach, with Quality 1 Energy Systems, came out, examined the system, and took multiple pictures of it. He then spent time asking about my expectations and my likes/dislikes with the existing system. He shared his photos and made some suggestions, including changing out some old ductwork that should have been done twenty years ago. He later sent a detailed quote with all the individual pricing and terms. He followed it up with a phone call to answer any questions. To be fair to all companies, I sent them specific questions requesting updated figures for yearly maintenance pricing on our multiple systems, additional ductwork costs, and labor charges for any Trane warranty work should it be required. One responded with caveats and minimal detail, while the other, not at all. I chose Quality 1, which also happened to be the one my friend recommended. On installation day, Kevin and his team arrived and quickly started the changeover to the new system. They covered the floor and were careful in their handling of both the removal of the old equipment and the installation of the new. After they finished, they shared pictures of the completed installation. It was cleaner than they found it! The system has been in for nearly a week and fully meets my expectations. Choosing the right dealer is crucial when investing in an HVAC system, especially with trusted brands like Trane at play. I am happy that I chose Quality 1 Energy Systems.
