I just had my attic insulation removed and replaced, also got the radiant barrier. My installation went very smoothly, and everything looks so nice and clean. Jay was wonderful, he explained everything and answered all of my questions, a very nice gentleman. It’s only been a few days, but my house holds the temperature so much better than it did. I worked with Zak to schedule an appointment for both an estimate and repair. The tech who arrived was knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. I had received a quote already from the larger HVAC maintenance companies in the DFW area, so I was interested to see if Quality 1 came to the same conclusion on what needed to be done for my system. Quality 1 pointed out the same issues as the others, but the difference was they provided an honest and cost-friendly solution. They could have over-exaggerated the issues like the other HVAC company, but instead they provided an honest opinion. I ended up saving around ~$200 because of their honesty. I will continue to use Quality 1 for all routine maintenance and eventually a new unit and installation because they do what's best for the customer.
