I worked with Zak to schedule an appointment for both an estimate and repair. The tech who arrived was knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. I had received a quote already from the larger HVAC maintenance companies in the DFW area, so I was interested to see if Quality 1 came to the same conclusion on what needed to be done for my system. Quality 1 pointed out the same issues as the others, but the difference was they provided an honest and cost-friendly solution. They could have over-exaggerated the issues like the other HVAC company, but instead they provided an honest opinion. I ended up saving around ~$200 because of their honesty. I will continue to use Quality 1 for all routine maintenance and eventually a new unit and installation because they do what's best for the customer.
